The only thing that could make sugar cookies better is using dinosaur shaped cookie cutters, right? :D
Unfortunately, while some of the dinosaurs maintained their shape, others became quite pudgy upon being placed in the oven, transforming into very shapeless and blob-like creatures. :[ According to my mother, they still taste delicious. She is doing that thing where she acts very enthusiastic...

Christmas cookies!
My mother and I just made an immense amount of Christmas cookies. I have shortbread in the oven right now. Cross your fingers for me…I am hoping they don’t taste like crap. Ah! There is the timer now! *anticipation!!!* Alas, they need to bake 5 more minutes. Keep crossing your fingers!
It is a nice, rainy, first day of vacation.
And so ends first semester.
What’s this? No school until January 23rd? And on top of it, no homework? College, you can’t be serious. This is clearly an error in scheduling, right?
Nope. It’s real. Well then, in that case:

And on top of it, my mom made lentil...
That awkward moment when you realize that you know a bunch of stuff about reproductive organs, placenta, gestation periods, and estrous cycles…and it doesn’t gross you out in the least. In fact, you find it quite fascinating.
Gotta love being an animal science major.
Fun fact: Sheep are short day breeders, meaning that they come into heat as the days shorten during fall and winter....
